Welcome to J’Adore La Beauté & Esthétique.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using our website (www.jadorelabeaute.co.uk), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service or purchase.

1. General Information

J’Adore La Beauté & Esthétique is a private aesthetics and wellness clinic located in Hampton Court, Surrey. All services are provided by qualified practitioners, medical professionals, or self-employed therapists working within our clinic.

Our goal is to ensure that every client receives the highest level of care, professionalism, and safety throughout their experience with us.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, email, or phone.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation.

  • If you are running late, please let us know. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit or full charge for the treatment.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

4. Packages & Courses of Treatments

  • Packages or multi-session courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Because packages are sold at a discounted rate, they may only be exchanged for treatments of equal or lesser valueto the discounted rate.

  • Expired sessions cannot be refunded or extended unless agreed at management’s discretion.

5. Medical Information & Suitability

  • All new clients are required to complete a medical consultation form prior to treatment.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information, allergies, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.

  • J’Adore reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Results may vary between individuals depending on skin type, age, lifestyle, and medical history.

6. Payments

  • We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers.

  • Full payment is required at the time of treatment.

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Prices and offers are subject to change without notice.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Treatments and services are non-refundable once completed.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event of a clinical contraindication or where required by law.

  • Skincare products and retail items may only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original condition within 14 days of purchase.

8. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

9. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or package.

  • J’Adore reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

10. Self-Employed Practitioners

Some treatments at J’Adore are performed by self-employed therapists and medical professionals who operate under their own professional registration and insurance.
J’Adore is not liable for any issues arising from services performed independently by these practitioners, although we ensure all work to our clinic’s standards of excellence.

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • All treatments are carried out following a full consultation and client consent.

  • J’Adore cannot be held responsible for any adverse reaction where correct information has not been disclosed by the client.

  • Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided by their practitioner to ensure the best results and avoid complications.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Your data is used solely for booking, treatment, and communication purposes.

  • We never sell or share client data with third parties without consent.

13. Website Use

  • All content, images, and materials on our website are owned by J’Adore La Beauté & Esthétique and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  • While we strive to ensure all information is accurate, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any content.

14. Complaints & Feedback

  • We take all feedback seriously. If you wish to make a complaint, please do so in writing to hamptoncourt@jadorelabeaute.co.uk.

  • Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and handled promptly and fairly.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
